Q: Is shipping free?
A: There is a free shipping option. If you prefer tracked, there is a $2.00 USD fee. International shipping is $4.00 USD for one item and $4.50 USD for multiple.
Q: I don't have a PayPal, so how do I purchase a product?
A: Either make a PayPal account, or select "pay with PayPal", and then select "checkout as guest". From there, you can use a debit or credit card. I will work on alternate methods but this is what will do for now.
Q: I think my design has been infringed on by you, can I contact you regarding this?
A: We aim not to copy others designs, accidents may happen, but if you have proof your design was published before ours and we missed it, click the "Contact" tab on our website and fill out all needed information and We will get back to you as soon as we can to discuss the claim.
Q: When will my order ship?
A: We aim to get orders out ASAP, however various factors including school may delay it. You should receive an email when your order is shipped on top of the order confirmation, we ask you are patient.
